How often do we deliver?
We deliver upon order placement. Our shipping algorithm is used to determined which courier service is used to deliver to your location.
Returns If you find that you have ordered a product and you don’t like it for any reason, return it. To lodge a return, please contact us at help@routinely.com.au to begin the return process. Our team will walk you through the next steps. Once the product is received at our warehouse, we can arrange a refund for unused products or exchange for another product.
